What is the shelf life of your jerky?
Our jerky is vacuum-sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Unopened bags typically last for 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the jerky within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain optimal flavor and texture.
Do you use nitrates or MSG in your products?
No, we pride ourselves on a clean label. All our jerky varieties are made without added nitrates, nitrites, or MSG, using only natural spices and high-quality proteins.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS or UPS usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
Most of our flavors are gluten-free; however, some varieties use traditional soy sauce which contains wheat. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
