At Jerky, we take pride in the quality of our snacks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of food, opened items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.
Pack Your Jerky
Securely place the unopened jerky pouches in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to us using a tracked shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
